Applications

Wherever you have to open a hard surface around a manhole and put it back the same day.

01Sytuacje

01

Manhole height adjustment

Once a new wearing course is laid, the cover sits below the road level. A circular cut lets you lift out the ring of pavement, set the cover to its final level and fill only the ring you cut. The repair area is predictable and the edge is vertical, so the joint stays watertight.

02

Cover and load-relief ring replacement

A corroded cover or a cracked load-relief ring means getting at the shaft. Cutting a circle exposes the structure without breaking the surface with a hammer, so the shaft takes no impact.

03

Road repairs and rebuilds

When milling and laying a new surface, manholes are handled one after another. The machine rolls between covers on its trolley, and the diameter you set once comes back at every following one.

04

Water, sewer, heating and gas networks

Access to valves, hydrants and fittings buried under the surface. A spot cut-out limits how much has to be restored and shortens the lane closure, which feeds straight into the cost of occupying the road.

05

Yards, car parks and industrial sites

Concrete and asphalt surfaces on industrial sites. A spot repair instead of replacing whole slabs, with traffic still running on the rest of the yard.

06

Awarie i szybkie interwencje

In a failure what counts is how fast you get in and how fast you restore. The machine needs no ground preparation and no anchoring, so the time from arrival to the first cut is the time it takes to set the clamp in the manhole frame.
